Charles R. Morgan
Charles R. Morgan, CPC, ELI-MP is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). His specialty is health and wellness for active adults who demand consistent productivity.
Charles studied at St. Paul’s College and District of Columbia Teachers College majoring in Business Education with a minor in Psychology, and also at Columbia University in the School of General Studies Writing Program. He also completed Columbia’s Computer Applications and Technology Program with a Certification in Internet/ Intranet Management and Design.
He excelled for well over two decades as an Account Executive in Washington, D. C. and New York City for Metromedia/ Fox Television Stations owned and operated in those markets. After a three year sabbatical in Hawaii he returned to New York in the late 1990’s to work as an Account Executive with Time Warner Cable’s NY-1 News and Cablevision’s New York Interconnect.
In 2003 he followed his passion for sports, fitness and health founding MorFit, a personal training company. For more than ten years he worked with clients as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Certified Functional Movement Specialist (FMS). He is also a lifetime U. S. Soccer Federation National Licensed Coach (USSF National-C).
MorFit is a trademarked brand in the areas of fitness, life coaching and mental conditioning training. It’s content is used by athletic adults and business executives who seek the advantage of reaching and sustaining their best performances.
Morgan has also completed Phases 1-3 of the EXOS/ Athletes Performance Coaching Mentorship Program in Phoenix, Arizona under Dr. Nick Winkleman, and the first Mindset Mentorship Program under Coach Trevor Moawad, also at EXOS/ Athlete’s Performance In Phoenix.
He enjoys singles tennis, bicycling, hiking, movement proficiency, strength training, music, film, writing, meditation, sports cars and almost anything outdoors. Morgan’s latest challenge involves completing the MorFit 1000, a three year adventure of daily exercising He and his wife reside in Honolulu, Hawaii.
